Throughout summer the hills of Muzzle Station become awash in seas of blue during the annual flowering of wild herb Echium Vulgare/Vipers Bugloss (Blue Borage).

Our bees feed on the honey that they collect - so you can be assured our honey is pure New Zealand Honey with no residues of cane sugar or any other additives.
Honey you can trust
All of our hives as well as our honey processing facility are located on the most remote High Country farm in New Zealand - Muzzle Station - where we have end to end control of beekeeping practices, honey extraction and packing. Produced in small batches you can trust you will receive the highest quality artisan honey possible.
